1. Return Window
We offer a strict 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility & Condition of Items
To prevent misuse (such as "wardrobing") and to ensure the quality of our products, an item will only be eligible for a return if:
It is completely unused, unwashed, and unworn.
It has all the original tags still attached in their original position.
It is in its original packaging.
It shows no signs of perfume, make-up stains, or any scent of wear.
Note: Our team performs a rigorous quality check upon receiving the returned item. If an item is found to be used or damaged, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is to be borne entirely by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Personalized or custom-made products.
